A: you can't add password on your albums on flickr. if you need a website where you can do this thing, i recommend http://www.fotki.com anyone can see your pictures on flickr even if they don't have flickr/yahoo account. well, unless you mark the pictures as 'private'. if you do so, only flickr users you mark as family or friends will be able to view the photos.
